Tribe -"A community united by a tie to a common past and ancestor.  A people linked to one another through shared interests and customs.  A family dependent on each other for their common well-being by using their individual gifts, strengths, and love."  We are the Tribe of Jesus!  You are welcomed to journey with us and join us on this great adventure with Jesus.

The Tribe is a new church, a  community for young adults, couples, families, and anyone seeking to ask questions, better themselves and the world around them through the Spirit and teachings of Jesus

Do you have a desire to be in a close community of people who live life together and provide God directed accountability and guidance for one another?
Have you had a desire to know more about Jesus, but you have questions that you're afraid would not be understood?
You feel a connection with God and you wish to share that with others?

If any of the above questions resonate with you, then the Tribe of Jesus could be the spiritual family you're seeking for but having trouble finding.

We truly understand how precious your free time is.  Therefore, it would be a great privilege to have you attend a Tribe Gathering.  At the Gathering, any questions or needs you have will be heard and welcomed.

There is hope. There is life, honesty, and relevancy that can be found in the words and life of Jesus.  Take a new direction in your journey with God - Give the actual teachings of Jesus a chance to impact your life and those around you.

Jesus was traveling through a community of people who had been dismissed by the culturally accepted religion.  These people were the subject of ridicule and social prejudice.  These were considered outside of the religious norm.  They were subject to judgmental attitudes and attacks because of what they believed.  Jesus met a woman in this community, considered an outcast herself because of the destructive lifestyle choices she had made.  In a conversation with her about the religious craziness of the day, Jesus told her to focus on the basics of what was truly important.   Following is a paraphrase of what Jesus told her:
"You worship God guessing in the dark; there are those who worship in the clear light of day. God's way of salvation, a restored relationship with God, is made known by some today.   But the time is coming—it has, in fact, come—when what you're called will not matter and where you go to worship will not matter, despite what today's religious leaders say.  It's who you are and the way you live that count before God. Your worship must engage your spirit in the pursuit of truth. That's the kind of people the Father is out looking for: those who are simply and honestly themselves before him in their worship. God is sheer being itself—Spirit. Those who worship him must do it out of their very being, their spirits, their true selves, in adoration."   The woman said, "I don't know about that. I do know that the Messiah is coming. When he arrives, we'll get the whole story."   "I am he," said Jesus. "You don't have to wait any longer or look any further."

You can find this event in the fourth chapter in the writing of John - the disciple of Jesus.

Despite her personal barriers and the misrepresentation of God by the churches of her day, this woman had a real and life changing encounter with Jesus - God himself.  This is what we have found as the Tribe of Jesus and hope you will discover also through a "conversation" with God in the life of Jesus.

I encourage you to attend our Gathering, check out the information in our web site, and contact us with any questions you have at
